NEW BANKRUPTCY RULES regarding mortgages on the debtor's principal residence are now in effect as of December 1, 2011.  A new B10 Proof of Claim form as well as additional B10 Attachments and Supplements are now required to be filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to comply with Rule 3002.1.

Access to Chapter 13 Case Data is available to users who register with this office and meet the following requirements:

1.  You must appear as a debtor, creditor or attorney in an "active" Chapter 13 case in which Mark T. McCarty is the appointed Trustee.

2.  Read the Website Access Agreement and complete the access request form.

You will be notified by return e-mail when your login request has been processed and approved.
