Process for Submitting Orders to the Trustee for Approval

Orders that require the approval of the Trustee should be submitted in PDF format only to orders@ch13ark.com

If approved, the Trustee will attach his signature image to the order and either return the order to the requesting party or forward on to the court for the Judge's signature, as directed by the requesting party.
