Effective June 1, Chapter 7, 12 and 13 13 § 341 creditor meetings in Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas will be held via ZOOM videoconference

Effective June 1, 2024, ALL Chapter 7, 12, and 13 § 341 meetings of creditors in the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas will transition to ZOOM videoconference. Join the U.S. Trustee for an Information Session to learn about and prepare for this change. The session is open to everyone, including staff, and will cover the following topics:

  • Connecting to a ZOOM Meeting
  • Participating in a Virtual Meeting
  • Requirements for Verifying a Debtor’s ID, and more

Please RSVP via email with the name and email address of each person attending to USTP.Region13@usdoj.gov no later than Friday, May 10, 2024. We will follow up with further instructions.

If you cannot attend, there will be a make-up session on Monday, June 3, 2024, 1:30-3p. Please RSVP for that date instead if needed.
