UPDATE REGARDING APPLICATIONS FOR LOANS

Effective April 1, 2009, this office will no longer be processing or approving loan applications for vehicles.  If you need to purchase a vehicle, you must contact your attorney to file the appropriate motion with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.   Please contact the Debtor Services Manager at the Trustee's office  to confirm if an amended I & J Schedule is required to support such motion.

1.  You must appear as a debtor, creditor or attorney in an "active" Chapter 13 case in which Mark T. McCarty is the appointed Trustee.

2.  Read the Website Access Agreement and complete the access request form.
