Requests submitted between the 5th and 20th of each month will be responded to within 3 - 5 business days. Requests submitted after the 20th may be held until the 5th of the following month for processing.
If you have not completed your plan’s Applicable Commitment Period, the payoff provided will include 100% of all balances owed regardless of proposed plan treatment, according to 11 U.S.C. §1325(b)(1)(B).
